Kohima House

Venue Overview

Kohima House is located to the East of Redditch town centre. The venue is located approximately 15 minutes from the M5 and M42 Motorways and is easily accessible by public transport. There is secure onsite parking for 35 vehicles.

Hall

With a high ceiling and adjoining kitchen this room has a maximum capacity of 100 standing and 60 seated. A portable presentation screen and projector are available for use in this room.

Classroom 1 and 2

The classrooms offer flexibility with the option to be used as one room accommodating 32 people seated or divided into two smaller classrooms both accommodating 16 people seated. A portable presentations screen and projector can be used in classroom one and classroom two benefits from a fixed presentation screen and projector.

Lounge/Bar Area

This is two very nicely presented, good sized rooms that can be opened up as one.  One side has a conference table to seat 10 and a fixed presentation screen and projector, the other side has a bar.  The rooms contain seating for 25 – 40 personnel in a combination of luxurious armchairs, settees and hard backed chairs.

Junior Ranks Club

A relaxed bar area with stools, tables and settees benefitting from two televisions and a pool table.

Kitchen

A professional standard kitchen that is able to cater for a variety of events.
